Job Advice that Was True 20 Years Ago

While these points are not specifically geared to executives (for instance, a senior executive’s resume could easily flow onto a third page), most are relevant. Particularly important are making sure that your resume presents well in digital format, and the admonition to work to diligently to keep your personal and professional lives separate (increasingly difficult in our social media culture).
